SUSHMA SHENOY
Sushma holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Microbiology from the University of Mumbai, India. She began her research career studying the Epigenetics of breast cancer cell lines before transitioning to the cardiovascular field at Dr. Joseph Wu’s lab at the Stanford Cardiovascular Institute. 
 

Away from the lab, she is an avid food enthusiast who loves exploring the diverse culinary landscape of the Bay Area, has a passion for experimental cooking and loves reading faith-based books.
